Anxiety, Attachment & family relationships, Highly sensitive & neurodivergent adults, Life transitions
Rhea works best with thoughtful, sensitive adults navigating anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences. She approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect for the complexity of people's lives: Her approach is depth- oriented, relational and trauma- informed.
Her special interests are: Attachment wounds, family relationships, highly sensitive and neurodivergent individuals. Rhea strives to create a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and safe to tell their whole truth.
In addition to providing therapy, Rhea teaches graduate counseling students and enjoys supporting the next generation of mental health professionals as a clinical supervisor.
When she is not being a therapist, she putters around, reads memoirs, watches trashy reality TV, eats tofu, gets incensed with politics, and tries to appreciate what's going well here on earth.
